Creating and sending offers

An offer is generated from a saved calculation and rendered as a client-ready document.

What the client sees — and what they don’t. The document shows the sales price and the commercial route: loading and delivery stops. It never shows your internal costs, margin, or internal repositioning stops. Stop roles — not their positions — decide what appears: stopovers are hidden automatically.

Branding. The document is rendered in your organisation’s brand — logo, colours, name — not in LaneGain’s (see White-label branding).

Fixation. At the moment the offer is sent, its price base is frozen with a timestamp. From that point on, only the live components (fuel, surcharges) may move; the base cannot drift (see Frozen base and indexation).

Delivery. Offers are currently delivered as PDF documents. Sending directly from your own verified email domain is available on higher plans.
