01 — Product
Roundtrip calculator for road, ferry and rail legs. Supplier rates with versioned validity, live fuel prices and surcharges — resolved to a cost per load, not per spreadsheet.
Turn a calculation into a branded offer your client opens from an email link and accepts online. The base price is frozen at send time; only fuel and surcharges move, through revisions you publish.
Supplier RFQs and capacity overview, connected to the same lanes you price and sell.
Margin per lane, client, carrier and month — your top earners and your losses side by side.
Suggest a route, suggest a margin, explain a cost. Grounded in your own rates — not in wishful thinking.
02 — How it works
Pick the lane, legs and equipment. Road km from HERE truck routing; ferry and rail from your contracted rates.
Every cost component resolved and dated. You see the gain per load before the client sees a price.
A branded document with a frozen base. If fuel moves, only the fuel component moves — transparently, in euros.
03 — White-label
Every offer document carries the tenant's own logo, colours and terms. LaneGain stays invisible where it should be — your client only ever sees you.

05 — FAQ
A pricing and offer-management platform for freight forwarders working intermodal FTL: road, ferry and rail legs priced together, margin visible per load, offers generated as branded documents.
When you send an offer, its base price is fixed at that moment. Afterwards only fuel and carrier surcharges move, through revisions you publish to the client. The client always sees the price in force and a price-by-period table; whether they also see the breakdown is your choice per offer.
No. Offer documents carry your logo, colours and terms.
Road legs use HERE truck routing. Ferry and rail legs use the distances from your contracted service rates.
Units and currency are per-organisation settings. Data is stored in canonical units and converted only at display time, so numbers stay consistent across borders.
Yes. LaneGain is multi-tenant with row-level security enforced in the database — every organisation's data is isolated at the lowest layer, not just in the UI.
